Season of Generosity

Gratitude and Growth- the key words of 2023 for Neighborhood HealthSource. We are seeing more and more new patients, people from our neighborhoods who just found us and newcomers from all over the globe. As we provide health care, mental and chemical health services, and health education to thousands of people, we need your financial support.

As you consider Fall Giving Events and end of the year giving, please include Neighborhood HealthSource for a donation.

  • Your gift of $100 lets us provide flu vaccine for ten uninsured patients.
  • Your gift of $300 pays for a well child check and vaccines for a child adjusting to life in Minnesota.
  • Your gift of $1,000 covers the space, food, and supplies for four family education nights, where families come and learn about how to address health risks for their children and the best way to use health care.
  • Your gift of $3500 allows for weekly deliveries of fruits and vegetables to NHS patients with chronic disease and food insecurity.

You can donate in multiple ways – ┬ábut do it by 12/31/2023 if you would like to use it for 2023 taxes.

Mission & Services

Neighborhood HealthSource provides a full range of primary medical and behavioral healthcare services at four clinics in Minneapolis and the north metro. We work hard to make sure everyone in our communities can access the care they need.

We are committed to treating all patients, with and without health insurance, and believe that cost should never be a barrier to care.

Payment Options

Providing care that our patients can afford is vital to our mission. We have an income-based sliding fee program for patients with and without insurance.
Online bill pay is now available! Visit our payment portal to view and pay your bill.
