In addition to doctors, we have physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers and counselors. Our doctors have completed specialty training and are board certified; physician assistants and nurse practitioners have completed advanced training and are certified in primary health care.

Susan Konezny is a dedicated pharmacist committed to improving patient health. With a decade of experience and a Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota, Susan is passionate about medication therapy management. She strives to empower patients to make informed decisions about their medications and achieve optimal health outcomes. While our clinic doesn’t have an on-site pharmacy, Susan is available to review your medications, answer your questions, and ensure optimal medication therapy management.
