NHS is a nonprofit community clinic that employs over 50 employees and offers a friendly, diverse work environment.
Salary is competitive within the community health center arena. Eligible employees receive benefits (.6 FTE or greater) that include paid time off; health, disability and life insurance; a section 125 (flex) plan as well as a range of voluntary options including a 403b retirement plan. Physicians and mid-levels receive reimbursement for some licensing, CMEs, fees and dues and are afforded full malpractice insurance. Providers may be eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs.
